Our Products
Where is your glassware made?
Our hand-blown glassware is design by us in Melbourne, Australia. We proudly work with a small, female-run team in China to create these beautiful pieces. Read more about our glass-making process here.

How do I care for the glassware?
All of our glassware is dishwasher safe, though we recommend showing them the love they deserve by washing by hand.

Ordering
How soon can I expect my order?
Our small team works to pack and dispatch your order within two business days from our Georgia warehouse. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
What is your refunds and returns policy?
We cannot accept returns and offer refunds for change of mind. Please also read our product information regarding the unique nature of handblown glassware, as we cannot accept returns for quirks in the glass that we do not deem faults.
There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. Any disclaimer added to a sale listing is to be understood prior to purchasing as this may detail the reasons for the reduced price. Please consider this before your purchase.
What happens if my items are damaged in transit?
We have perfected the art of shipping glassware over many years! We are confident in how we pack the goods and ship to you.
However, of course if anything arrives broken and you send us a photo and proof of purchase to info@fazeek.co within 48hours of receiving it - we will happily send a replacement.
Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! We’re flattered when someone outside of Australia discovers our brand and wants our pieces in their home! We currently have international shipping rates available for Canada, Mexico and South America. All international shipping rates exclude taxes, duties, and fees.
