Please check all products within 7 days of their arrival for any breakages or damage. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to items delivered faulty or damaged during this time. Please note we must see a photo of the damaged items in order to discuss an exchange or refund.

If this unfortunately occurs, please contact us straight away and include your order number and photos of the item. Our team will then get back to you with the best plan of action.
